Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Third-Party Fulfilment Please note that some of our products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers from international warehouses. This means your order may arrive in separate packages and from different locations.
